Kirachan Archive (198 MB) - In case there was anything on Kirachan that you wanted to keep but forgot to save, you can download this archive of all the images that were posted.
Forums and communities
Figure.fm (dollfie category) (non-dollfie dolls category) - Figure.fm relaunched awhile ago, and has now completely replaced Dannychoo.com's old member news function. There are two doll categories for posting or looking at photos of dolls.
13doll - A small but helpful English forum for doll fans. You can post about all kinds of dolls here. They also have a sister forum, but it only allows posts about dolls or hybrids with parts purchased from The Junky Spot shop.
The Lunar Ark - A forum for 1/6th doll customizers. Great place to check out if you're into customizing and want to share your dolls, want to find out some tips, or just want to look at other people's custom dolls. Registration required to view the board.
Den of Angels - The biggest place to talk about resin dolls. There's so many resin doll companies that I can't even begin to list them, so check it out if you'd like to see what's out there. The downside is some dolls aren't allowed, but still, it's a great resource. Be sure to make at least one post or your account will be deleted due to inactivity.
Image boards
4chan (jp) (toy) - If it wasn't for /jp/, Kirachan would not have existed. There's usually a doll thread there, and it's also the place to talk about fixed pose Japanese figures. /toy/ is the place for talking about posable figures and other toys, and also has doll threads sometimes.
desuchan (do) (fi) - Another image board with places to post dolls and figures. Hit up /do/ for the dolls, and /fi/ for figures. Has NSFW ads on the bottom of pages, so watch out for that.
Futaba Channel (dolls) (model kits flipside) - Japanese image board. Check out the dolls link for dolls, and model kits flipside for character figures and stuff like that. Has NSFW ads and posts sometimes so be mindful of that when browsing.
Figure/GK (mms) (figure2) - A Chinese image board for figures. While doll posts come up sometimes, the place is mostly for figures. Great place to see magazine scans for upcoming releases. They also have a board dedicated to MMS figures, if you're into Busou Shinki and other MMS stuff, and /figure2/ for the NSFW stuff.
Other pages
Kordox's flickr account - I'm sure you'll remember him.
Taitan's Page - Doll news, event reports, and link-blogging from Japan. Another fun place to browse if you just wanna look at many different doll photos and blogs.
fg (doll tag) - A pixiv style site for photographers, makers, painters, or customizers of objects such as toys, dolls and figures. Registration is required to browse, but it's very easy to do and totally worth it. You can search or use tags to find stuff that interests you, and can toggle whether or not you'd like to see NSFW photos.
Doll Searcher - A Japanese search engine for doll sites.
Search of Tiger's Eye - A Japanese search engine for doll sites.
Dolls Station - A Japanese search engine for doll sites.
Shopping
AmiAmi (dolls) - AmiAmi has opened their doors to international shoppers, and provides a great selection of the usual character dolls, supplies, and figures.
Hobby Link Japan (dolls) - Carries lots of Azone dolls like the Pure Neemo and EX Cute dolls, including many other brands, and other stuff like clothes and accessories like Re-ment miniatures. Has reduced price on early preorders, aka the "Early Bird" Special.
Hobby Search (dolls) - Also carries Azone dolls and other brands, including some large scale character dolls. They only ship by EMS (and honestly, when buying stuff this expensive, you should only use EMS) but they have a point system which can be used to decrease the price on future purchases.
Volks - The place to go for buying Dollfie Dreams and other Volks dolls.
Volks USA - Volks USA online shop. As the name implies they only ship to the US. Sometimes they have things in stock that the international shop doesn't have.
Parabox - The place to go for buying Obitsu doll supplies and bodies, or Parabox original dolls.
The Junky Spot - Another retailer for Obitsu dolls and other doll brands.
Ebay - The place to look for out of print dolls. Of course always be mindful of sellers with bad feedback or shady listings.
Yahoo Japan Auctions - The other place to look for out of print dolls. You will have to know exactly what you're looking for, and use a proxy service to order things from here, such as Celga, Tenso, Shopping Mall Japan, Rinkya, Crescent Shop, or others.
Hope this page of use, and once again thanks for visiting Kirachan.
